All purchases on PikStats are final and non-refundable.
No Refunds
All purchases made on PikStats — including PIKE packs and Extensions — are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you confirm that you understand and agree to this policy.
PIKE Packs
PIKE is a prepaid quota used to make API calls within PikStats. Once a PIKE pack is purchased and credited to your account, it cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. PIKE never expires, so unused quota remains available for future use.
Extensions
Extensions are one-time permanent unlocks that increase the number of game projects and variables available on your account. Because the unlock is applied immediately and cannot be reversed, Extensions are strictly non-refundable once purchased.
Exceptions
We do not offer exceptions to this policy. If a technical error on our side resulted in a charge without any service being delivered, please contact us at support@pikstats.com and we will investigate. Duplicate charges caused by a payment gateway error will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
